Copying nested list from MS Word results in empty list

Steps to reproduce

1. Open attached word file and copy list from it.
2. Paste the list into CKEditor full package

Expected result

List is pasted with styles allowed by ACF. Please see #14542.

Actual result

Empty list is pasted (just numbers/bullets).

Other details (browser, OS, CKEditor version, installed plugins)

Problem can be reproduced from CKEditor 4.5.0 in Firefox only.

I need to mention two more things:

• The attached list is ordered list which contains: Decimal Numbering (1,2), Lower Alpha (a,b) and Lower Roman (i, ii) but when pasting this list you get ordered lists mixed up with nested unordered list. Lower Alpha and Lower Roman get converted to bullets and squares.
  I have also tried more levels of nesting in list and in all cases decimal numbering was kept but other two were not and unordered list was pasted instead.
• It seems that it is broken only when you paste it with Ctrl+V. If you, on the other hand, use paste from word dialog, you will get correct result.

This problem was also reported on our support channel.
