Ok, we have only Garry having this issue. So we need others to confirm it somehow. It could be a quite localized isse that no one else would face.

A similar issue was reported in #7988. At this moment, using IE6/XP_SP3 I do not see white background at all inside of each combo element.

Just to add more fun to this ticket, I've opened another VM with win 2003 to check it in different IE6. CKEditor loaded correctly. After few minutes and reloading IE6 it stopped working and showed the same result as on the attached screeshot from Win XP.
