FF: The text cursor icon appears on toolbar buttons

Description

When slowly moving the mouse cursor over the toolbar buttons, it's possible to note that the cursor changes from arrow to text cursor when it's at the left side of the button.

Occurs on IE too. CSS for cursor: default; added to proper elements

Yes, the last patch is good, while the first one still had the path problem.
