Tooltip for elements path elements are wrong for the Arabic language

Description

With the Arabic language, it's possible to note that something went wrong with the "1%" marker of that localization entry.

  • Version changed from SVN (CKEditor) - OLD to 3.0.1

The "%1" marker in elements path tooltips has been occurring form CKEditor 3.0.1 (In CKE 3.0 tooltips were displayed in English)
