Description

1) They have the wrong cursor, should have default 2) In FF, the non-active text is partially cut off on the end

See above patch, fixes the remaining mouse issues with the combo boxes in all themes.

As for part two, I spent far to long to find out it's a FF error: ​https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=363861
