IE6, IE7: Table resize plugin does not work.

Description

While in IE6 and IE7 open tableresize plugin and try to resize the table. JavaScript error is thrown:

Message: getSelection() is null or not an object

Confirmed in IE6. The changeset number is correct.

Still reproducible in the nightly build, (​rev 7556).
