I have just checked demo version and latest CKEditor 4.1 - both work as expected.

Please provide more information like:

  1. Where do you copy text from (please attach file if possible)
  2. What do you use for pasting - toolbar buttons or perhaps ctrl+V
  3. Do you get same problem in CKEditor 4.1
  4. Do you by any chance use devtools to change IE10 mode e.g. to IE8 mode (Please provide screen shots if possible)
  5. Have you made any customizations to the core code or you are using custom plugins that might be causing this.
  6. Could you attach your build-config.js
