Description
Browse button is not placed properly (not aligned at bottom with input field), see attach.

To my surprise (I haven't noticed that before :) ) I was able to reproduce this in every browser from CKEditor 4.0 full.
Skin has no influence here. I have checked kama - it was working fine in 4.0 beta and got broken in 4.0 full.
