ckeditor 4.2 not working in IE 8/9

Description
i had downloaded the zip file of ckeditor 4.2. its working fine with chrome and firebox but not with ie 8/9
Ckeditor is displayed in IE ,but no button is working. I am not able to use any plugin of the toolbar. Even your demo at your website is also not working in IE
Please do reply what can be the error. Suggest soln asap.

I have checked latest demo page in DEFAULT IE8 and IE9. They are both working as expected.
What non-default settings have you got in your IE (compatibility mode, some security rules, intranet plus blocked scripting etc.)?
Are you checking this is native IE or some emulator?
Have you tried refreshing IE cache?
I'm closing this issue for now as I think it is invalid. @megha_1992 please details that will help me reproduce this and if possible could you also check this on other computer?
