Description

Open IE10 or IE9
Go to inlinebycode.html sample
Go to templates.
Select 'Text and Table' template and insert in.
Right click on table cell and select Row -> Delete Rows

SCRIPT16389: Incorrect function.

I was able to reproduce this problem from CKEditor 4.0 in IE9-10.

NOTE: Ii is best to click in right bottom cell
