Description
Right now we have 3 translations @ Transifex: zh, zh_CN and zh_TW.
We should keep only simplified and traditional, which means one of them should be removed.

FYI, in Transifex we also had the Chinese (Taiwan) (Big5) translation (which was empty). This has just been removed.

Starting from 4.3.1 the Chinese (Taiwan) translation is used to create zh.js
files. The old "Chinese" translation has been removed.
Chinese - zh - contain our legacy FCKeditor translation of Chinese Traditional and is no longer updated. Should be removed.
Chinese (China) - zh_cn - is for China mainland, contains Chinese Simplified. (Simplified Chinese is also used in Singapore)
Chinese (Taiwan) - zh_tw - is for Republic of China (Taiwan), contains Chinese Traditional (Taiwan is the biggest user base for Chinese Traditional; others are Hong Kong and Macau).
