Setting Language for Custom Plugin

Dear Team,

I have created Custom Plugin, for that how can i set the language for my plugin to avoid attached error. Please do the needful and guide me to resolve this issue. Thanks in advance.

1. Please have a look how plugin folder structure should look like: ​https://github.com/ckeditor/ckeditor-dev/tree/master/plugins/list
2. Please have a look at ​https://github.com/ckeditor/ckeditor-dev/blob/master/plugins/list/plugin.js#L817, ​https://github.com/ckeditor/ckeditor-dev/blob/master/plugins/list/plugin.js#L832 to see how languages are used
3. Finally please have a look at sample lang file (notice plugin name): ​https://github.com/ckeditor/ckeditor-dev/blob/master/plugins/list/lang/af.js
