Font size is not preserved when pasting content from Word 2010 — at Initial Version

Description

When using the attached document and CKEditor 4.3.1 Full with:

config.pasteFromWordRemoveFontStyles = false;
config.pasteFromWordRemoveStyles = false;
config.allowedContent = true;

the font size of elements after links is somehow lost.

Confirmed in IE10 & IE11 @ Windows 7.
