width/height IE9+IE11

Hi!

could you please tell me how to set the width and height of ckeditor for IE9 and IE11. In IE10 it works like in internet browsers just with textarea cols and rows, but in IE9 and IE11 not. I even can not resize the editor with the mouse. I tried with styles etc. without success.. I know to not use IE at all, but unfortunately this is used in our company. Thank you very much for your help!
