I am not able to copy and paste in IE11 in CKEditor. I am using Jquery code.

Please upgarde to CKEditor 4.3.x. CKEditor 3.6.6 is not supported any more.

If I upgrade the CKEditor then I need to change code also or not....?

I have one Word document with a picture and some text. If i copy the whole document (text + picture) CRTL+A - CRLT+C and the past (CRTL+V) the whole thing in CKEditor i only get the text and not the picture...
I Have tryed it with IE11 AND (Word 2007 Word 2010 and Word 2013) all same result. When i do it in Chrome. I get a empty picture frame and the text in CKEditor. If i select the picture manual (CRTL+C Picture in the Word document)CRTL+V it works in Google Chrome? This trick doesn't work in IE11
Which CKEditor version do you use?
