Builder ignores languages set for plugins

Description

CKBuilder ignores languages set in CKBUILDER_CONFIG when handles plugins. All language files gets into package.

I can confirm this.
I have just tried builder, selected two languages, downloaded source version and got all files in lang folder. I have not observed this with minified code.

Even more, it copies all plugins including not included into CKBUILDER_CONFIG.

Could you clarify what do you mean by CKBuilder "copies all plugins"? I just downloaded a package and saw just the selected plugins + the one that are required dependencies?

Issue with languages is indeed confirmed.
