[IE8] Call maximize command fire resize event twice — at Version 1

Add resize event listener to editor instance.
Click maximize button or exec command by code.

Actucal result: resize event has been called twice.

Probably reason: As far as I see, getting dimension properties like clientWidth fire resize event.
