The editor keeps crashing on ipad

It is now IMPOSSIBLE to edit anything more than 3 sentences on the editor. We selected your editor, because we heard that you have a good level of support for ipad.

This issue is hugely critical for what we do. Please resolve this issue for us over the weekend. Please let us know what we can do to improve the problem.

Unfortunately you provided to few details, so we are not able to reproduce your problem. Please answer to all these questions:

• Which CKEditor version do you use?
• What version of iOS do you use?
• Do you use Safari or other browser available for iOS?
• Can you reproduce this issue on ​http://ckeditor.com/demo (on any of the samples)?
• What exactly do you do (step by step)?
• What do you mean by "editor crashes"?

Please note that this is a free and open source project so unless you purchased ​one of commercial licenses which may guarantee this level of support, the patch definitely won't be provided over the weekend.
