Snapshot is not created on more than 20 changes by holding different keys - both at the same time — at Version 1

Reproducible in all browsers.
- Open editor.
- Press and hold some printable key for less than 20 characters.
- Press and hold some different printable key to exceed 20 characters including previous one.
Actual result: snapshot is not created.
Expected result: snapshot should be created when 20 characters exceeded. There is a test written for this issue already.
