Description
Steps to Reproduce
- Load sample01.html and enable "Show Blocks";
- Hit Enter at the end of the paragraph;
- Hit Shift+Enter to expand the new block with a new line;
- Hit Enter. The newly created paragraph is placed before the old one, instead of after it.
