[IE8] Magicline throws an error when inserting block before list with inline elements

  1. Open replacebycode sample.
  2. Turn the first header into ul list.
  3. Select the text in created list item and apply any inline style.
  4. Try adding block before the list item.

I have been able to reproduce this issue in IE8 however it isn't always reproducible. Same steps don’t always produce this error. I think what matters is how you select the first header. I have got best results when trying to select “Apollo 11” from left to right, starting in blank area between editor and text – please see attached video for more details.

The lowest CKEditor version in which I have seen this exception is 4.3.
