Description
JAWS user may want to access the toolbar controls using button list (INSERT F5) and select a button (e.g. bold button) from the list and then use space to trigger the action. However, I could not trigger any button action in this way. The workaround is to use “B” key to iterate through the button list and then enter the space key to trigger the action. The issue can be reproduce in the last night build sample CKEditor page. http://nightly.ckeditor.com/14-11-17-07-09/standard/samples/replacebycode.html
The list of toolbar buttons is available in "Form Selector Field" from CKEditor 3.2. I'm not sure however if this is even correct because in my tests all "form fields" acted the same - moved focus to CKEditor edit filed.
We should either remove them from Form Filed Selection (if it is possible) or at least allow focusing them from "Form Selector Field" dialog (It would probably be ideal allow inducing action assigned to button (excluding dropdowns))
@qiuzhong I haven't been able to induce any action from "Form Selector Field" (I have tried B or Space but only Space seems to work). Could you explain in plain steps how have you managed to do that?
Please also tell me which JAWS version you use and which operating system?
