Content focus problem in Chrome — at Initial Version

Description
In CK 4.4.5 everything is fine. After upgrade to 4.4.6 in chrome is problem cursor focus in empty content. Cursor is no-where, no blinking, nothing. I can write content and after that cursor is showing. Problem is in all last versions of Chrome: dev, beta, normal, Canary. Problem is not in FF,IE,O.
