Kentico Add To Word functionality

Description
Kentico used ckeditor in their webparts for editing text. I want to know when a word is write in ckeditor we have to right click on it and press add to link so that word will be add to dictionary. my query is whether those words are stored in kentico database or being a third party ckeditor stored it in cookies??

AFAIK those words were stored on WebSpellcheckers servers, but something might have changed since local storage is available. They are definitely not stored in Kentico's database.
Note that the spell checking services are provided by http://www.webspellchecker.net/ and you'll need to ask their team. I think that you may open an issue on https://github.com/WebSpellChecker/ckeditor-plugin-scayt.
