I am not able to give you any estimates. We’ll try to work on this ticket as soon as we’ll be able, but we are currently focused on CKEditor 4.5.0 and there is already a list of other tickets waiting in the issue queue.

Problem can be reproduced from CKEditor 3.0 in all browsers.
