Drop widget inside itself

Description

After dropping widget inside itself it disappears with throwing an error inside the console.Here is a reproduction.

I rather think it's #13140. You cannot drop a widget inside itself and as you can see, the drop line is below the widget, not inside it. Hence, it makes #13140. This issue will definitely be fixed for the 4.5.0 final.
