Important: we decided not to transfer all the tickets to GitHub, as many of them are not reproducible anymore or simply no longer requested by the community.

IE9 - Picture Outlines are available when the picture is selected even if the picture is not visible

Description

Steps to reproduce:

Open IE9
Open URL: http://ckeditor.com/demo
Insert a picture in the middle of the text
Click on the picture
Scroll up or down

You'll notice that the picture is selected and the outlines are available on the page

This is an old IE bug which cannot be fixed.
