[FF] Resizing tooltip in Bidi mode aligned to the right

Description ¶
The editor resizing tip is aligned to bottom right while it should be aligned to the bottom left.

I must agree that most of RTL users would rather be accustomed to resizing editor in left-bottom direction.
Problem can be reproduced from CKEditor 3.0 (Till version 3.5.2, resize handle was moved to right but resizing was still made in LTR fashion).
