Description
Depending on the image size and aspect ratio, the editor flip them 90 degrees or 180 degrees.

The image you attached is upside down. At least on my computer (MacOS). So perhaps you're browsing it in some image viewer which takes rotation from EXIF into account, but normally browsers don't. Or the opposite. In any case, if I can see it now upside down then it's not a CKEditor's bug.
