Steps to reproduce
- Open ckeditor.com/demo#bbcode with Chrome
- Paste enough text to make the vertical scrollbar appear
- Click on the bottom right corner to resize ckeditor
- While resizing (do not release the click), move the pointer to the vertical scrollbar
- Release the click with the pointer on the scroll bar
- Move the pointer around the screen
Expected behaviour:
ckeditor stops resizing when releasing the click
Acutal behaviour:
ckeditor keeps resizing along with the mouse movements
