Important: we decided not to transfer all the tickets to GitHub, as many of them are not reproducible anymore or simply no longer requested by the community.

Reproducible on http://tests.ckeditor.dev:1030/tests/plugins/clipboard/manual/draganddrop when dropping from outside of the editors. First DnD works, but second no.
