Error is thrown when creating one embed content on another.

Description

Use these three plugins embed,embedsemantic,autoembed.
Empty the editor.
Please (Ctrl+V) this link into editor: https://twitter.com/reinmarpl/status/573118615274315776 (the non-semantic Media Embed is created )
Select created widget by clicking on it
Open Semantic Media Embed Dialog, paste the link and click OK.

Expected Result: Non-semantic Media Embed should be changed to Semantic one.

Actual result: JS error is thrown.

Since it works when doing this with dialogs I'm guessing that autoembed plugin doesn't report widget/content to some list.
