Description
Can FCKeditor be put into overwrite mode (by pressing the Insert key)? Actually IE does, but FF doesn't.

Perhaps I'm short sighted but I can't think of any useful scenario for this feature.
Firefox team has decided not to implement it and I don't think we should either.

This is a limitation in Firefox, here's its bug: https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=38415
Moving as feature request although doing all the overwrite in javascript would be complex and prone to problems.
