Description
We should create CONTRIBUTING.md file in github repo BUT we need to remember to keep it simple and write only the essential stuff.
- Issue tracker URL
- CLA (once it's up and running)
- Explicit link to Code Contributing
- Transifex catch (people often fall prey to that trap) - actually we copy'n'paste Changes That Cannot Be Accepted as a Pull Request here.
- Link to Transifex project
And after that we might put links for a further reference.
