Description

Steps to reproduce

Open http://tests.ckeditor.dev:10455/tests/plugins/notificationaggregator/manual/classic.
Click "Create notification agreggator button".

Expected result

The notification shows up.

Actual result

There is no notification and SCRIPT438: Object doesn't support property or method 'querySelector' is thrown.

Other details (browser, OS, CKEditor version, installed plugins)

Internet Explorer 11 with Compatibility View on.
