Description
Steps to reproduce
- Go to Ck editor
- Click CLR+B in the keyboard
- Type some thing and observe
Expected result
Text should be in bold
Actual result
Text not display in bold
Other details (browser, OS, CKEditor version, installed plugins)

I have checked latest CKEditor 4.5.6 and both Bold buttons as well as shortcuts work.
Please check this issue in our demo page. If it works there there is something wrong with your custom implementation .
