AVT: JAWS users has no info when Insert Spanner is spinning on Insert Media dialog

Description

Steps to reproduce

Open http://sdk.ckeditor.com/samples/mediaembed.html
Open Insert Media dialog
Enter a Video URL ( ex: https://vimeo.com/86541796 ) in URL field and click OK button
Insert Spinner spins while waiting response from backend

Issue: JAWS not reading that info for user, it should say Loading or embedding to give info for screen reader user on what's happening similar to visual user.

This is AVT Violation
