Set PHP as the default connector

Description
PHP developers are our main user base (we have numbers to prove it). So, by default FCKeditor must be target to PHP instead of ASP.

As people will have to take care about the connectors when upgrading due to the change of location of the files, I've done this little change in [418] instead of waiting until 3.0
