Update SCAYT / WSC

WSC team released recently version 4.8.7. We'd like to test it together with the new release.

Ok, I tested SCAYT and WSC plugins (4.8.8) with latest major (​2e815d0) with full all build.

Tested browsers:

• Chrome
• Firefox
• Safari
• IE8
• IE11
• Edge

Test scenario:

• Enable SCAYT via toolbar button.
• Open dialog via one of the 4 options from dropdown (Options, Language, Dictionaries, About SCAYT).
• Click through tabs.
• Go to Dictionaries tab and create a dictionary (you can also perform other manipulations - restore, delete, etc).
• Close dialog.
• Make a few spelling mistakes in the text to see if they get underlined.
• Ignore one, correct one.
• Undo.
• Open WCS dialog, click through tabs.
• Correct some invalid words.
• Use Thesaurus tab to apply some synonyms.

Test urls:

• ​http://tests.ckeditor.dev:11470/tests/core/language/manual/language (full, can be tested with different languages).
• /samples/sc.html (minimalistic, with plugins: 'toolbar,wysiwygarea,scayt,wsc', scayt_autoStartup: true).

Also docs were generated to see if everything parses fine.

Result:

Following the scenario I did not encounter any new issues, I was able to confirm one already existing and provide more details on it (see ​WebSpellChecker/ckeditor-plugin-wsc/issues/33).

I'm unable to come with a list of changes in reasonable time, but there's high chance WSC team will help us with that! So I'll leave the ticket open until changelog entry is ready.
