Important: we decided not to transfer all the tickets to GitHub, as many of them are not reproducible anymore or simply no longer requested by the community.

Description

Steps to reproduce

Open http://sdk.ckeditor.com/samples/standardpreset.html
Select image and copy it to the clipboard.
Click "Paste as plain text" button and follow instructions

Expected result

Image is replaced with its alternative text.

Actual result

Nothing is pasted.
