[IE8] Blurring empty table raises an error

Description

Steps to reproduce

Open http://tests.ckeditor.dev:1030/tests/plugins/tableresize/manual/empty
Click on the table when move cursor is shown. Resize handlers should appear.
Click into the empty space inside the editor.

Expected result

Nothing happens

Actual result

Error is thrown: Object required
