FCKeditor 2.5.1
I can edit config.php so uploads work, but if so, then browse server is broken, and versa visa.
...if browser server work, then uploads are broken. This seems to have something to with case sensitivity, and Image/image being defined twice and differently.

Could you please provide more detailed information about the bug, possibly with the changes that you have made in the config.php file?
Also could you provide information about what browser and what version of FCKeditor are you using?
Maybe your problem is similar to bug #1612? Let us know if it is the same.
