Thanks for the images. I misunderstood your step by step instruction.

Confirmed in IE using latest SVN and 2.6 beta. I've changed the description of "How to reproduce" a little bit. Hope it's OK.

 How to repeat:
 . Load your Demo Tool
 . Delete all text
 . Insert the Eagle Image
 . Add the text "This is an Eagle" under the image (this is just so the image is no longer selected)
+. Click ONCE on the image (producing the image handles)
+. Click the Link Tool
+. Add any URL (www.fckeditor.net)
+. Click OK.
+. Exit the Image Dialog
+. Click ONCE on the image (producing the image handles)
+. Click the Insert Link
+. Add any URL (www.fckeditor.net)
+. Click OK.
 This adds the link to the code, but the Link Dialog does not close; locking the surfer from being able to do anything else. The only way out here is to hit F5 to refresh the page, causing you to loose all your changes.
