The textarea in source mode can grow too big (Opera)

Description
Just put a table in the content and switch to source mode, now the textarea is bigger that it should and can be scrolled with the mouse wheel moving the toolbar partially or fully out of view depending on the number of lines in source mode.

The reduced test case shows the problem with Opera. I've just reported it at Opera's bugs tracker (ticket number 255188).

This is fixed but can't currently be verified due to #1098 creating some of the same symptoms when going to source view. Setting worksforme based on test cases working as expected.
