I was unable to confirm this bug in D6.6, FCKeditor 2.6.3 and module: fckeditor-6.x-1.3-rc3.tar. Is it a fresh Drupal installation? Could you attach a list of enabled modules and theme-name?

The problem only appear using right mouse boton -> paste or the icon "paste" at the toolbar.

No problem using Ctrl+v

I have the same problem in two diferent web pages made using Drupal.
