Selected image could cause overlapped button not working. — at Initial Version

Description
This happens on IE only (FFx is fine).
- go to fckeditor demo page
- insert a "big" image
- select that image and move down using mouse wheel (keep image as selected status).
- the menu buttons which are overlapped with the top of the selected image do NOT work any more, nothing happens when clicking by mouse left button, BUT middle button works.
