stylesheets for WSC plugin are broken

Description

403 - Forbidden Error appear for WSC UI stylesheet file (http://nightly.ckeditor.com/3972/plugins/wsc/dialogs/wsc.css) on samples pages of CKEditor nightly build.

That's strange... I've just tried it with FF3.5 and IE7. In FF, this file is never requested. In IE, it's is requested, and it returns HTTP 200.

Can you check it again... I've tested it with the WSC plugin, but it should be enough to just open that URL directly too.

Btw... which browser?

Path to wsc.css pass to WSC UI for CKEditor skins support. This file should be loaded only when WSC will run. Error is reproduced in all browsers. I check direct access to wsc.css file ,and its ok. Then, if cache is enabled - ui looks fine, but if not, or WSC run in first time, server return 403 header. see an attachment.

This might be related to a rule at the server preventing hotlinking, so it sees an external referer and replies with the 403. The other day I followed a link in a page to the nightly build and it also failed, but trying again the file loaded correctly

It is not SpellChecker.net related bug - doesn't relate to wsc or scayt plug-ins.
