Empty select box is added automatically under some conditions

Description
Steps to reproduce:
- Press "Form" button and create a form (with name and action)
- Place mouse cursor inside of the form, hit "Selection field" button, size: 2 lines, add two random options.
- Press "OK" to close the dialog and insert the element
- Cursor is now placed straight after created element
- Hit enter, you should see a new empty "Select" element created below the "real" selection field that we have just created.
Confirmed in FF 3.5 and FF 3.0.
