IE6 - No scrollbars in menu item dropdowns

Description

Using a default installation with a reorganized toolbar, the scrollbars do not show up when clicking any one of the 3 menu items with dropdowns.

WFM in both IE6 standards and quirks, could you plz provide more information?

Sorry I made a mistake. It is a default install + the 1659_7 patch to fix the focus bug in IE (http://dev.fckeditor.net/ticket/1659). After some testing, I figured out that it is the patch for that bug that created this bug.
