attaching an example for it. just insert an icon and watch.
notice that when pressing either OK or Cancel the page itself doesn't change.

Confirmed with IE8. Ok with Firefox.
Btw, by "icon" the reported means a smiley image.

also happens when pressing Lock Ratio and Reset Size in the image dialog.
